Job Summary

Guiding clients through the loan process, the full-time remote Client Care Coordinator will ensure accurate documentation, coordinate with various stakeholders, and provide updates to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care
• Collect and organize required documentation while monitoring deadlines
• Coordinate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and other parties involved in the loan process

Required qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on follow-through
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple software platforms
• Experience in mortgage, banking, title, or real estate is a plus, but not required
• Desire to serve others and create an outstanding client experience
