Client Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process, the full-time remote Client Care Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation while coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients from application through closing with professionalism and care
• Collect and organize required documentation while monitoring deadlines
• Coordinate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and other parties involved in the loan process

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, banking, title, or real estate is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
• Comfortable using technology and multiple software platforms
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine desire to serve others and create an outstanding client experience
