Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to clients and financial representatives via multiple channels
• Handle inquiries and transactions related to insurance and financial products, applying critical thinking for non-standard situations
• Maintain high accuracy in data entry and case management while building professional relationships with clients and Financial Advisors

Required Qualifications

• An Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in using modern software packages and navigating complex systems
