Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
• Basic understanding of specialized products and financial planning
• Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of calls accurately
• Demonstrated computer experience and proficiency with relevant software
