Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat services
  • Provide feature training on products and services to customers
  • Maintain customer contacts in Salesforce CRM and meet service metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of customer service experience
  • Minimum two years of technical support experience in a call center environment or proven technical ability
  • Experience in a communications company customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce tools
