Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for team member inquiries and manage escalations
- Motivate team members and foster a positive, customer-focused environment

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of Customer Service, Loyalty, or Retention experience
- 1 year of previous experience in a team lead role preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams
