Job Summary
Driving client success in a remote capacity, the full-time Client Coach will manage onboarding, fulfillment, and ongoing coaching for gym owners, focusing on advancing clients through various service tiers and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee client onboarding and fulfillment processes, ensuring a smooth experience and removing bottlenecks
- Conduct regular coaching calls to guide clients in achieving their quarterly goals and action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and report key metrics to leadership
Required qualifications:
- Experience in the gym industry in both sales and training roles
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Proven ability to handle challenging customer situations and de-escalate conflicts
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers
- Availability to work M-F 8AM-5PM EST, with flexibility for additional hours as needed
