Client Coach - NJ Licensed

Job Summary

To support the growth and success of small businesses throughout the region, the part-time Client Coach - NJ Licensed will provide high-quality advising, training, and outreach services while collaborating with other counselors and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizing critical thinking to create customized strategies through one-on-one counseling for small business clients
• Developing and delivering group training sessions and webinars based on areas of specialty
• Tracking and reporting on outreach and consulting activities to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in consulting or advisory roles
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops is preferred
