Client Coding Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing superior quality through audits related to risk adjustment coding efforts, the full-time remote Client Coding Project Manager will oversee daily auditing operations, educate stakeholders on improvement opportunities, and collaborate with management to implement quality assurance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Risk Adjustment Operations and coding vendors
• Ensure compliance with coding regulations and provide training on correct coding techniques
• Report audit findings to leadership and identify process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of related coding experience, including 5 years in risk adjustment
• Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment and 1+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft and G-Suite applications, especially Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in developing and monitoring policies and internal control procedures
