Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Concierge to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring they understand firm processes and conducting regular check-ins
• Serve as a liaison for high-level client escalations, documenting concerns and facilitating resolutions
• Identify opportunities for strategic growth by transitioning clients to additional services and offering consultations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Experience in legal intake, sales, client acquisition, or business development
• Proficiency with CRM systems and case management platforms
• Knowledge of legal advertising rules and ethical constraints
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy
