Client Configuration Director

Job Summary

Owning the client configuration of Emiri, the full-time remote Client Configuration Director will manage deployment, support client success teams, and ensure alignment of the configuration platform with technical requirements and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client configuration and deployment of Emiri, ensuring technical and user requirements are met
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams to facilitate effective prompting and understanding of configuration needs
• Document configuration processes and conduct root cause analysis to enhance scalability and user-friendliness of the configuration tool

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
• Experience in configuration management, technical product operations, or client solutions roles
• Familiarity with Circana tools, including Unify+, and experience with generative AI tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client configurations
• Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation
