Client Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and driven, the full-time Client Configuration Specialist will manage the configuration and deployment of Emiri, a Liquid AI-driven tool, while collaborating with product, engineering, and client success teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own client configuration and deployment of Emiri, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and user needs
• Design UI mockups or flow diagrams and translate feedback into actionable stories or bug reports for the development team
• Collaborate with client success teams to support their understanding of configuration needs and guide them in effective prompting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
• Experience in configuration management, technical product operations, or client solutions roles
• Familiarity with Circana tools, including Unify+, and ideally Emiri
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)
• Strong organizational skills to support multiple client configurations and maintain on-time delivery
