Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers, the full-time IDI Client Consultant will oversee service-related matters for assigned accounts, including cash processing, policy administration, and managing past due accounts, while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and apply suspense premium for IDI accounts while monitoring outstanding past due accounts to facilitate premium collection
  • Communicate effectively with clients and brokers to resolve billing and service-related issues, ensuring a superior client experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement service strategies tailored to client needs and enhance operational efficiencies
Required qualifications:
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Services, Employee Benefits, or HR administration preferred
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems for problem-solving
  • Introductory knowledge of the insurance business and related workflow processes preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and solid mathematical aptitude
