Client Consulting Transformation Director

Job Summary

Supporting client accounts remotely, the full-time Client Consulting Transformation Director will manage targeted engagements to diagnose operational challenges and deliver actionable transformation roadmaps across various consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured diagnostic assessments to evaluate performance across people, process, technology, and governance
• Develop a clear transformation roadmap with defined actions and ownership to stabilize and improve account performance
• Lead workshops and working sessions with account teams and client stakeholders to present recommendations and align leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, and performance management
• Ability to lead and influence matrixed teams during diagnostic and transformation engagements
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
