Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles and responds to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and report status
  • Utilizes systems to enter and retrieve client information as needed
  • Maintains daily contact with the QA department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
  • Familiarity with multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
