Job Summary

Client Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for servicing client inquiries, data preparation, and documentation with a focus on quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding status and information requests
  • Enter and retrieve client information using appropriate systems and maintain communication with the QA department
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and assisting in customer complaint resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
