Job Summary

To ensure effective management of client relationships and production needs for small-scale projects, the full-time temporary Client Coordinator will work remotely for a 7-month period, acting as the primary point of contact, resolving client issues, and overseeing project lifecycles from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage small-scale client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing
  • Translate client requests into detailed plans and collaborate with account team members during project kickoff and solution reviews
  • Resolve conflicts and issues to maintain project quality and ensure accurate invoicing by tracking project details
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic/Packaging Design, or a related field
  • 1+ years of project coordination experience within a graphics manufacturing environment or equivalent education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications
  • Familiarity with Mac iOS
