Job Summary

Handling client inquiries and data management, the full-time Client Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service while performing data entry, tracking, and documentation in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and their representatives regarding questions and report status
  • Utilize systems to enter and retrieve client information, maintaining daily contact with the QA department
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and assisting in the resolution of customer complaints
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
