Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coordinator - Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall support to the department, ensuring timely and quality completion of client inquiries
  • Act as a team advisor by answering questions and assisting with continuous training
  • Handle and resolve inquiries and complaints from clients, escalating issues to management as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to three years of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Experience supervising in a legal office
  • Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
