Client Credentialing Manager

Job Summary

Leading the credentialing operations for over 200 providers, the full-time Client Privileged Access Manager will manage user access for client systems, ensure compliance with established protocols, and collaborate with various teams to enhance onboarding workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end credentialing processes for clinicians/providers, including new credentialing and recredentialing
• Supervise and coach credentialing staff to maintain performance standards and ensure timely provider onboarding
• Collaborate with client success teams to streamline credentialing workflows and maintain client relationships

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Client Access
• Proven leadership experience, including team growth and development
• Experience in building or maturing a Client Access function
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, supporting a diverse workforce; healthcare/medical billing preferred
• Familiarity with access management protocols and auditing processes
