Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
• Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and document accounts
• Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients to address client needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year or more of customer service experience
• Experience in high volume call environments preferred
• Healthcare or medical experience is a plus
