Client Data Science Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of three direct reports, the full-time remote Client Data Science Manager will oversee the growth of the Data Science team, optimize data processing through coding in R or Python, and engage with stakeholders to deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow the Data Science team while fostering collaboration on complex problems
• Write and optimize R, Python, or SQL scripts for effective data processing and analysis
• Collect and manipulate data from multiple sources, creating visualizations and reports to derive insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or social science field; Master's/PhD preferred
• 3+ years of coding experience, with 2+ years specifically in R or Python
• 1+ years of people management or mentorship experience
• Advanced coding skills in Python or R
