Client Data Specialist

Job Summary

Maintaining customer account accuracy and completeness, the full-time Client Data Specialist will manage payer contracts and fee schedules, perform data entry tasks, and support Client Success Managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts
• Perform data discovery and entry tasks, ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented work
• Communicate with clients about payer contract details and coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1 year of experience or High School Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies
• Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing
• Proficiency in using AI tools and CRM software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
