Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Client Delivery Analyst will support client onboarding by conducting claims analysis, generating reports, and preparing deliverables to enhance the member transition experience.
Key responsibilities
- Independently query large data sets to generate ad hoc analyses and insights
- Leverage historical claims data for reporting that aids in assessment and risk management
- Ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables through an audit process and personal accountability
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate constructively with teammates and partners in a fast-paced environment
