Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Client Delivery Analyst will support client onboarding by conducting claims analysis, generating reports, and preparing deliverables to enhance the member transition experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently query large data sets to generate ad hoc analyses and insights
  • Leverage historical claims data for reporting that aids in assessment and risk management
  • Ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables through an audit process and personal accountability
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate constructively with teammates and partners in a fast-paced environment
