Job Summary
To support client growth, the remote Client Delivery Analyst will manage the client onboarding process, conduct claims analysis, and create deliverables to enhance the member transition experience.
Key responsibilities
- Independently query large data sets to generate ad hoc analyses with clear insights
- Leverage historical claims data to provide reporting for assessment and risk management
- Prepare high-quality deliverables for operations teams to support member transitions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop key insights from data
- Excellent project management skills and capability to coordinate multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate positively with teammates and partners in a fast-paced environment
