Client Delivery Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Analyst II (Deconversions) to support the implementation of complex financial institution projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to define business and technical requirements for project implementations
• Coordinate operational implementation phases and ensure technical tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during all project phases, including post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three years of related experience in the payment processing industry required
• Thorough understanding of payment card products and support services required
• Current contractor resource in a similar position may be considered
