Job Summary
Supporting the successful implementation of complex financial institution projects, the full-time remote Client Delivery Analyst II will engage in client consultations, provide technical leadership, and coordinate operational tasks for debit and credit initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project specifications and facilitate communication between technical groups
- Conduct gap analysis and provide consulting on business requirements to ensure successful implementation
- Validate system parameters, conduct testing, and provide technical support during all project phases
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years of related experience in the payment processing industry required
- Thorough understanding of payment card products and support services required
- Current contractor resource in a similar position performing all job requirements may be considered
