Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Analyst III (EMV/Contactless) to support the implementation of complex financial institution projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client consultations to define business and technical requirements for project implementation
  • Coordinate project plans and ensure timely completion of technical tasks while maintaining quality standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during all phases of project execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Seven years of experience in the payment processing industry required
  • Five years of experience in business or system analysis required
  • Three years of client-facing project support experience required
  • Experience with card processing conversions and data migration required
