Key Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to define business and technical requirements for projects
• Coordinate operational implementation of technical project deliverables and ensure quality throughout the process
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during all project phases, including post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required
• Seven years of related experience in the payment processing industry
• Five years of experience in business or system analysis
• Three years of client-facing project support experience
• Experience in completing card processing conversions involving data migration
