Key Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to define business and technical requirements for projects
• Coordinate project plans and ensure timely execution of technical tasks
• Provide technical support and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Seven years of experience in the payment processing industry required
• Five years of experience in business or system analysis required
• Three years of client-facing project support experience required
• Experience with card processing conversions and the Optis Credit platform preferred
