Job Summary
Supporting the successful implementation of complex financial institution projects, the full-time remote Client Delivery Analyst III will lead client consultations, execute technical tasks, and ensure quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project specifications and facilitate communication between technical groups
- Conduct Gap Analysis to define system setup requirements and provide consulting on best approaches for implementation
- Ensure timely completion of technical tasks, validate system parameters, and provide post-implementation support
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven years of experience in the payment processing industry
- Five years of experience in business or system analysis
- Three years of client-facing project support experience
- Experience with card processing conversions and data migration between platforms
