Job Summary
Leading complex debit and credit project implementations, the full-time remote Client Delivery Analyst III will manage client consultations, execute technical tasks, and ensure quality checks while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to gather specifications and facilitate project planning and execution
- Conduct gap analyses and validate system parameters to ensure accurate implementation of technical deliverables
- Provide ongoing technical support and training for clients and less experienced analysts throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Seven years of experience in the payment processing industry
- Five years of experience in business or system analysis
- Three years of client-facing project support experience
- Experience with card processing conversions and data migration between platforms
