Client Delivery Associate

Job Summary

Supporting Revenue Performance Services, the full-time Client Delivery Associate will assist with client product implementation, data verification, and report creation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and distribute client reports and dashboards
• Validate data accuracy and identify trends and errors impacting client outcomes
• Assist with client implementations and maintain reporting schedules and documentation

Required qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
• Experience with reporting and data validation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
