Job Summary

Managing operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless client service, the full-time remote Client Delivery Coordinator will oversee incoming requests, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional project experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and prioritize incoming requests within the Client Delivery Salesforce Case Queue, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Evaluate and route client requests to appropriate internal teams while monitoring progress through completion
  • Maintain operational understanding of data files exchanged with clients and support data integrity efforts through file audits and summaries
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Operations, Data Analytics, Client Delivery, or a similar role
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Positive professional interactions across diverse teams
  • Curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset
