Job Summary
Managing operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless client service, the full-time remote Client Delivery Coordinator will oversee incoming requests, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional project experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and prioritize incoming requests within the Client Delivery Salesforce Case Queue, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Evaluate and route client requests to appropriate internal teams while monitoring progress through completion
- Maintain operational understanding of data files exchanged with clients and support data integrity efforts through file audits and summaries
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Data Analytics, Client Delivery, or a similar role
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Positive professional interactions across diverse teams
- Curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset
