A company is looking for a Client Delivery Director, Digital Products & Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 60-80 technology implementation projects annually, serving as the primary contact for clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and delivery quality while managing expectations and project timelines
• Provide mentorship to project teams and drive initiatives for operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in technology implementation and project management
• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects on a global scale
• Prior people management experience is highly preferred
