• Lead the global and/or local delivery of services to specific accounts
• Establish and maintain communication channels with clients and internal teams
• Participate in contract and account governance, financial management, and client issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience
• Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis
• Experience in IT outsourced environments and understanding of evolving technologies
