Client Delivery Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and operations on the account, managing P&L and multiple teams
• Support Service Delivery management and facilitate communication between account and service delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with security policies and manage the acceptance management process for new services and accounts

Required Qualifications

• Business or IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of experience, specifically in Public Sector and Defense markets
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in client relationship management
• Experience managing contract P&Ls and selling managed services to C-level executives
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL, MOF, and COBIT
