Client Delivery Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Executive to lead complex client implementations and ensure successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client implementations and partner with the Service Delivery organization
• Ensure successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services
• Provide operational and risk management strategies across accounts

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in interpreting complex business requirements to design client solutions
• Ability to establish credibility with clients as a senior thought partner
• Proven track record in managing technical and operational problems
