Job Summary

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on government programs
• Proven track record in service delivery and achieving strategic customer objectives
• Experience in developing strategic customer account plans and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills
