Serving as a senior relationship leader, the full-time remote Client Delivery Executive will build and expand strategic partnerships with key healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and overseeing the overall client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives across healthcare organizations
- Establish comprehensive client strategies and account plans to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Provide executive oversight to ensure client satisfaction and proactive management of client risks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare managing complex enterprise-level client relationships
- Strong understanding of the health payer and pharmacy ecosystem
