Client Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure business readiness for new technology or processes implementation
• Plan, monitor, and manage projects to ensure on-time completion within budget
• Develop client-specific project plans, drive projects to meet key milestones, and oversee User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum
• Deep understanding of Service Management principles
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to delegate tasks effectively
