Client Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Serving as an operational leader, the full-time Lead, Client Delivery will manage local channel partners and their advertising partners remotely, ensuring effective brand-enhancing advertising and fund utilization through strategic support and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assess workload, assign daily goals, and provide team status updates to meet objectives and SLAs
• Develop advanced knowledge of assigned programs and serve as the day-to-day decision maker for operations
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep them updated on program progress and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
• 2 years of agency or related experience with at least 6 months of formal or informal leadership experience
• Proven technical competence with Microsoft Office and social publishing platforms
• Understanding of industry trends and a passion for technological innovation
• Remote-work experience preferred with demonstrated ability to work independently
