Job Summary
As part of the Customer Success Team, the remote Client Delivery Leader will manage client relationships by facilitating work products related to Complex Payment Solutions, performing requirements gathering, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues through effective communication and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor client inventory and manage requirements gathering to resolve operational issues
- Track and follow up on tickets for timely resolution of client production issues
- Support internal operations and client invoicing processes while acting as a liaison between teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data production, preferably in the health industry
- Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis and methodology development
- Experience managing multiple clients/projects in a team environment
- Ability to independently structure and execute complex analyses
- Health Plan and Payment Integrity experience is a strong plus
