Client Delivery Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team of recruiters and administrative staff, the full-time Client Delivery Leader will execute recruitment services to drive client retention and success while managing client relationships and refining recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and developing recruitment plans to meet desired outcomes
• Oversee recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and team performance management
• Facilitate regular client meetings and deliver reporting on recruitment metrics and process changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in recruiting
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and client management
• Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a talent acquisition environment
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and Microsoft Office Suite
