Client Delivery Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team of recruiters and administrative staff, the full-time Client Delivery Leader will execute recruitment services to enhance client retention and success, while managing processes and developing recruitment plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by understanding their recruiting needs and documenting process changes
• Oversee recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and team performance management
• Lead team meetings and develop innovative programs to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in recruiting
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and previous supervisory experience
• Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a talent acquisition function
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and Microsoft Office Suite
