Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure positive client health scores across all Managed Service offerings
- Bridge gaps between contracted service entitlements and client expectations
- Monitor service delivery performance metrics and escalate service degradation as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field; experience may substitute for education
- 5+ years of technical experience with at least 3 years in a virtual client support role
- Preferred experience in a managed services organization with knowledge of ITSM processes
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/Client Management platforms
- Ability to manage large portfolios of accounts using remote workplace toolsets
