Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure positive client health scores across all Managed Service offerings
  • Bridge gaps between contracted service entitlements and client expectations
  • Monitor service delivery performance metrics and escalate service degradation as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field; experience may substitute for education
  • 5+ years of technical experience with at least 3 years in a virtual client support role
  • Preferred experience in a managed services organization with knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/Client Management platforms
  • Ability to manage large portfolios of accounts using remote workplace toolsets
