Client Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Client Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance technical client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding and integration projects from kickoff to business-as-usual handover
• Act as the main delivery partner for clients, ensuring alignment with sales and engineering teams
• Lead and grow a team of technical delivery experts while optimizing delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT delivery management experience in a client-facing environment
• Strong B2B client delivery background with ownership of end-to-end execution
• Solid knowledge of the iGaming industry and platform-based products
• Hands-on experience with technical integrations and APIs
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ people while managing multiple projects simultaneously
