Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of a designated client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage all annual, recurring, and ad hoc projects for the client portfolio
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in benefits administration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
  • Foundational knowledge of Health & Welfare administration principles and practices
  • Experience providing guidance on platform functionality and data management
  • Technical ability to interpret and translate complex Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions
