Job Summary
Client Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of strategic B2B clients while leading a technical delivery team, in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of scalable delivery processes and optimize systems for client satisfaction
- Orchestrate complex integration projects and ensure high-quality technical setups
- Build and mentor a team of technical experts, fostering a culture of ownership and reliability
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT Client Delivery Management experience in B2B environments
- Full proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian, and fluency in English
- Experience managing teams of 10+ people in the iGaming industry
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Change Management, and Release Management
- Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
