Job Summary
Managing operational alignment for assigned client accounts, the full-time Client Delivery Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client lifecycle performance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently own operational alignment for assigned client accounts
- Translate operational performance data into meaningful narratives that articulate drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Lead structured root cause analysis efforts and develop clear, outcome-oriented action plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles
- Foundational understanding of operational workflows and data interpretation
- Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
