Key Responsibilities
  • Independently own operational alignment for assigned client accounts
  • Translate operational performance data into meaningful narratives that articulate drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead structured root cause analysis efforts and develop clear, outcome-oriented action plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles
  • Foundational understanding of operational workflows and data interpretation
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
